Current Opportunities

Home Care Aide (HCA)

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Previous experience in home care or providing personal assistance is preferred
• Knowledge of basic caregiving principles, including assistance with Activities of
Daily Living (ADLs)
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Must be able to follow instructions, adhere to care plans, and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team
• Must pass a background check as required by state regulations

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with bathing, grooming,
dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Assist clients with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed care regimens
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other household duties
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and positioning as per client needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Document and report all services provided, client changes, or concerns to the Care
Coordinator or Agency Manager
• Follow client-specific care plans and report any deviations or issues to the Agency
Manager
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients, reporting accidents or incidents promptly
• Attend training and development sessions as required
• Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and calmness

Performance Evaluation Criteria:
• Quality of care provided to clients, including adherence to care plans
• Timeliness and reliability in arriving for shifts
• Communication with clients, family members, and team members
• Client satisfaction and feedback
• Documentation of services provided
• Overall professionalism and dedication to the well-being of clients

Human Resources Assistant

Qualifications:
• Experience in HR support or administrative assistance
• Familiarity with background checks and hiring processes
• Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of new hires
• Track background check and registry compliance
• Maintain employee personnel files and annual evaluations
• Support payroll and scheduling documentation as needed


Reports To:
Agency Manager


Performance Evaluation Criteria:
• Timeliness of onboarding and file completion
• Compliance with hiring requirements
• Organization and maintenance of HR files

Marketing / Outreach Representative

Qualifications:
• Experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of home care services and referral processes
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Promote agency services to referral sources and community partners
• Represent agency at events, expos, and professional gatherings
• Track and follow up with all referral leads
• Assist in growing the agency’s census and brand awareness

• Referral conversion rate
• Community visibility and engagement
• Census growth
• Marketing initiative outcomes
